Sometimes we all need to take a break from our daily responsibilities to recharge and renew. We have the perfect setting for private mini-retreats, from 2 hours to all day. 
We can co-create with you a schedule of relaxation, inspirational readings and journaling, guided meditation, and/or an expressive art activity. 

Here is an example of a two-hour SoulCollage retreat:

      *  Journaling exercise

And a four-hour retreat:
