This Workshop is for  anyone who has  ever wanted to write their own prayers or faithfull

poetry. Poetry as prayer, song or chant is an

age-old spiritual practice of devotion. It is more

important today than ever, as it creates a heart of

compassion and awareness. Exploring your

intentions with mindfulness practice, and using

easy writing exercises and other playful means,

we’ll help you find the words to express your

faith, hope, joy, and inspiration. No writing

experience necessary! Just bring your favorite pen,

journal, and any poetry you’d like to share with

the group.
